This is a good find and anybody with any intuition will realize this when they arrive. This will run for two weeks and then I switch to another site. Clean Two story home across the street from new elementary school and I follow all rules and guidelines that come w living by an elementary school no shady friends guns or drugs. I live on the whole second floor single clean drama free female gets the whole first floor including master bedroom and all the normal functions of family home. No females in committed relationships Very tranquil to read I stay to myself. I m a 54 yr old white gentleman recently separated very thoughtful and respectful no felony arrest exwife Completely out of the picture no drama privacy is paramount. Very quiet Sometimes too quiet. I have two cats that live inside. No parties no boyfriends no drama. Bring your own food furniture bed tv chest of drawers etc. price is negotiable can change after we meet . I m offering you a nice place to safely rest at night wo the hassle of other roommates distractions or having to label your food. Park anywhere but on my lawn. First floor is almost finished from full renovation master w full bath jacuzzi tub big closet big yard it s exactly what your looking for if you have a good job and your car doesn t leak oil yard is maintained
